Aqua Clean Pool Service recommends that we clean your filter annually. Some filters require more cleanings than others. Pools that experience a lot of debris, sun tanning oils, animals, huge bather loads or heavy weather may put a constant stress on internal filter parts. In 2018, the Department of Energy (DOE) received a petition to issue a final ruling of energy conservation standards for dedicated-purpose pool pump (DPPP) motors. Dedicated meaning "Main Filter" Pumps used to push thousands of gallons of water, through the pool's filter only. The new Federal mandates would apply to both entire Main Filter Pumps (a pump and motor set) and Main Pool Filter "Motors" specifically.

They were not only able to get me scheduled on short notice but they did an incredible job for a great price. You actually get to speak to someone when you call and they treat you extremely well unlike larger pool companies which treat you more like a number and aren't even local to the area. Needless to say they've won my business moving forward for all of my pool service.

We use Aqua Clean Pool Service for our weekly pool maintenance as well as repairs. Scott is extremely professional, and has walked us through all the options we have for repairs. With the Texas freeze, we lost 4 valves and 1 pump. Scott had them replaced within 4 weeks of the freeze. Weekly, our pool guy shows up on time and is always willing to answer any questions. Our pool is always clean and clear. Highly recommend Aqua Clean Pool Service.

Incompetent service. Called them for a service call about a burst pipe inside a heater after the freeze. The technician they sent told me that he does not have any experience with pool heaters and would not even look at the heater. He offered me to sell me a new heater for close to $2K. $90 wasted for nothing. Opened the heater myself, did my research, ordered parts and fixed it myself. All for less than $150. Will not use that company again.

Scott first came out on a Saturday when my pool had not been running for three days and the water was an ugly green. He quickly made some recommendations for electrical work before addressing the pump issue, as my pool and equipment date back to the mid-1980s. Scott explained about the money I would save if I opted for newer technology, but I was really sold when he said how much quieter it could be. He made it happen quickly and trained us on the new features, patiently answering all our questions. I couldn't be more pleased with his work and I highly recommend his services. 5 stars! Thank you

Scott was very helpful. We needed to have our pool heater replaced. He quoted us a very competitive rate and was able to install it the next day. We were pleased with the professionalism and timely response. We have used Aqua Clean before for other repairs and every time have been happy with the results. I definitely recommend them!

Scott has helped us with our pool for almost 10 years. He is excellent at his work and is so helpful when there is a problem. Several times he has come out within a day of notice and fixed issues right away, and he assures that our pool is always running smoothly and crystal clean so all we have to worry about is enjoying the sparkling waters :). Great service. I called Friday afternoon after arriving home from vacation and discovering that both our main pump and booster pump had stopped working. Scott promptly called back that evening and came out Saturday morning. He diagnosed the problem and two new pumps were installed Sunday afternoon. We are also having them do weekly cleaning for our newly renovated pool. 100% recommend Scott and his team.

My family is new to the Dallas area and we are new homeowners with a pool and spa for the first time. The one good thing I'll say is that Scott got his phone on a Sunday other than that, this guy was just plain rude. I am in sales and he basically tried to explain to me how business worked wanted me to commit to spending over $100 for a simple stop by and then a "pool school" for even more. When I tried to explain my situation to him, he hung up on me. Stay away from this angry person! He is unprofessional and RUDE.
