Water cannot pool at the bases or become trapped in the storage area. When using fence/rail risers, water drains off the pontoon boat eliminating mold and carpet/deck damage. Ordered seats and flooring beginning of April was told the order would arrive in 5 weeks. On the 6th week after I ordered I called for a check up on arrival. I was asked for the sun deck dimensions and pictures of sun deck to make sure it was correct before my order would arrive. I have already sent the specs of the sun deck prior. The week before July 4th my seats and new floor arrived after 10 weeks. We had a damaged 20’ Misty Harbor and lost the rails and fencing in the entire stern or aft section. With a 22 year old boat we had hoped for a good match. We also took the opportunity to expand and change the interior footprint. Working with Josh was excellent. Having sent in some photos and a specification sheet with hand drawings we received an exact match with the anodized aluminum rails and perfectly installed fencing. I ordered seats on the 2nd of March was initially informed it was 2 to 3 weeks lead time I said that wouldn't fit my frame frame so they then told me they could bump it up and I would have an email by the 9th with tracking info I told them that would be great. On the 11th still no email so I had to send 3 emails for a response. Then they told me I was never promised anything by that date. I told them to just cancel my order which they did but only after keeping 25% as a restocking fee. [350 bucks] How do you restock something that doesn't exist? Ordered two lean back/corner units on March 5. The units arrived April 16. They were the wrong model. I checked my order again to make sure the error wasn’t mine. Nope. I sent customer service an email. No response. I probably should have checked out their reviews and Better Business rating. I wouldn’t order from them again. I just accepted that I was stuck with the ones I got. At least the colors were correct. Very poor customer service.

I ordered a pair of nightlights for 65 on good Friday while they were closed and only a few minutes later emailed to cancel because I found they are only 16 dollar lights. They still shipped to me and the lights were not in the original packaging and was missing parts. So I email after hours a guy named Dan emailed back the same day after hours so apparently they had time from Good Friday to cancel my order and he was rude as hell. I have pictures I would of how the package arrived and all but not letting me post them. Still trying to get that refund

This place isn't what I expected, but that's okay
It is a warehouse, not somewhere your going to walk in and enter a showroom with everything displayed. Dan was extremely helpful though and I was able to look at what I needed. The website is the best place to start however what I desired was not on the website but they had so don't give up there if you don't see it.

We bought a brand new boat through Facebook Market, and the owner Dan follow through with his word. He made all the arrangements for us to deliver the Pontoon boat in our home address from Indiana to Florida. He sent his son, Logan and another guy named, Josh to deliver the boat to us right on time like the owner Dan had promised.
