Worst experience with these people. Armando is a liar and Anthony Cole ignores emails/calls all the time. Do yourself a favor and get a house with D.R Horton.

First I would like to say Monica was AMAZING!!! But how do you justify a home we werelooking to buy already in the process of being built with the lumber there already going up 20,000.overnite. Saying there was a increase in lumber. Seriously the lumber was already there. And now all your houses have gone up 20,000. Does not seem fair to me

Rep tried to fast talk us into dropping $6000 sight unseen for an inventory house. Did not leave us with a good impression. Models were beautiful though.

Be aware they are scammers. I signed a purchased agreement for a new construction house, and the original closing date was in July, but they couldn't finish the construction on time and kept pushing the closing date every month without any written notice. So my bank conducted the initial appraisal in August while the house was still under construction. After the preliminary appraisal, they changed the material on the interior without notifying us. Then, when the bank was about to do the second or final appraisal, they canceled the contract one day before the assessment without letting us know.

Impressions did a less than stellar job in building my home. I’ve had a few issues with my home. We’ve tried to use our one year warranty and still nothing has been done. Stay away from Impressioms

Represented a buyer in this community and was impressed (no pun intended) with the commitment to communication that Billie and her staff had with us. Even with the challenges the market presented us, she made sure to outline our options, be forthright, and help guide us to the best outcome. Clients were thrilled with the home and are thankful we found this community.

*September 2021 Update*
We, and several of our neighbors, have leaks in the roof causing mold to grow on our ceilings and vents. The external vents on the roofs were not installed correctly allowing precipitation to enter the attic. We all have to have our lawns redone because the workers left debris which was just sodded over and will not grow healthy grass no matter how much watering and treatment is applied. Impression Homes have been made aware but will not do anything about it since they have left this subdivision and are working on others. I am told several upset owners are currently working

Impression Homes had been disorganized, deceitful, and unresponsive since we signed our contract on our new build. Landon (who acts as our liaison between us and the builder, Misty has been anything but helpful. We have severe drainage issues (that we brought up, but were dismissed), our sod was never been rolled out, half our yard is dead, our sprinkler system was not installed correctly (yet that was, and is continued to be ignored), our AC unit was not installed correctly (first hot day required a service call, 24 hrs w/o AC), upon closing our fireplace was still being worked on, painting wasn’t

Impression Homes is the worst choice you can make. We were under contract for a new house then Impression broke the closing date four times with a mountain of excuses. After several weeks of their nonsense we get a call from Ann Spears at their main office telling us they are bailing out of the contract. We were "expecting too much" to get a livable house on a schedule. You want to believe their sales pitch and the good reviews, but judge from the photos the kind of "Impression" you get if you deal with this company. It's the sewer drain line they had to dig up...a problem that made their brand

First off just let me say that we do love our home!! We just had a few bad experiences with some of the staff. The salespeople are, well, sales people. Get EVERYTHING in writing ahead of time!!! Salespeople do lie and this was no different. I would never buy a home from this person again and would never recommend anyone else do either without FULLY warning them first!! Other than that, the home sells itself! We went through the entire process from start to finish, got pretty much everything we wanted. We came out 2-3 times a week and everything went smooth. Normal issues at closing and during the
