Brian H. Forrester has been a long-time resident of Cleburne, TX, and recently moved to Fort Worth, TX. Brian completed his first "flip" in 1989, a complete home remodel in Arlington, TX. In 1990, he built his first spec home in Cleburne, TX. After graduating from The University of Texas at Arlington in 1993 with a BBA Finance degree, Forrester began building houses professionally.
As business increased, Forrester started doing his own house plan design work, initially on paper, but eventually using the latest 3-D computer-aided design software. Over the last 20 years, FCH has completed many design / build construction projects ranging from small starter homes to executive homes and office buildings.
