Great experience overall! Our dryer stopped turning. I called and had him onsite within a day or two. He fixed the issue and caught another issue (which required totally taking the dryer apart again even after he had finished the primary repair) before he left--no extra charge. Would definitely recommend and will use again in the future for appliance repairs!

My property management company uses Eagle Appliance exclusively for all our appliance repair needs. Nick is honest, reliable and very professional. I called to make an appointment to fix my dishwasher and as I was describing the problem Nick said he thought he could walk us through fixing the problem. He ended up walking my husband through figuring out the issue and fixing the problem ourselves without having to pay for an appointment. Although we had a short 15 minute call we really appreciated him being honest and helpful. All in all it was a great experience.

Came when he said. Did what he said he would do. Had the parts to handle it on the spot. Didn't over charge. Came the same day I called. I would give him 10 stars if I could. He was very nice, professional, and a great person to work with. Will definitely keep his number on hand should we have another issue.

Nick is a superstar! Twice now he has come and saved me from a laundry emergency on the same day! I'm a massage therapist and I do at least three loads of laundry every day. My last appliance repair people would never come on the same day. Nick is cheerful, efficient, knowledgeable and so great at what he does. I highly recommend Eagle Appliance Repair!
