BEWARE:
Legally licensed, insured, bonded.
BUT- look into his past: he didn't pay his supplier bills, filed bankruptcy, left 4 full projects unpaid and Oregon law allows suppliers to place liens on the homes with the unpaid supplies even though the 4 clients all paid in full at the time of service. The clients had to pay his bills to avoid the house liens because bankruptcy got him off the hook for everything but the vender had to be paid.
