Worst moving company I have ever worked with. Do not use Bekins! Almost every piece of furniture I have is damaged and all of my electronics are missing. I have spoken with 3 people who have not responded, nor paid me the insurance they were supposed to pay. In addition, they had the audacity to charge my credit card another $300 without my permission because they claim their staff did the paperwork wrong! Going to put a stop payment on that!

From our phone interactions with Sylvia and our home consultation with Will, to the day of our move and dealing with Nate and his team, all of our interactions with this moving company were pleasant, professional, and put us at ease. We were very stressed when it seemed like no moving company could move us in the time we needed. I was very happy with the service they provided and I am happy to say we had no problems, nothing lost, and no repairs needed. I highly recommend this company for your move.

The rep that came out was very professional, he left a folder with labels etc. I was impressed and happy with my choice until the move day. To start the moving crew was sent to the final destination instead of the starting point. Once they started on the big furniture the moving process was a mess. They were not working together very well. They were careless with items. Upon arriving at the house, one mover hopped out of the truck in a very vocal, very public tantrum (he was yelling obscenities) and stormed off in a fit because he could not find his cigar. Boxes were unloaded and left upside down

From the initial estimate meeting through the end of the move, my experience with Bekins was excellent. The organization was very accommodating and scheduled and executed a move that had 3 drop offs at separate locations in an extremely efficient and conscientious manner. The crew was incredibly courteous and truly hard working. They even took a moment to educate me about my sleep number bed set up in case I would ever want to dismantle myself in the future. I highly recommend Bekins!!

We recently used Bekins for a move out of our house and into a temporary storage unit nearby. The team that moved us was phenomenal! The men were considerate of our home and belongings, efficient, and hard working. They were able to expertly pack all of our items into one unit, saving us hundreds of dollars a month on an additional unit we had on reserve that we didn't need. We would love for this same team to move us into our home when the time comes!

Spencer and his associate arrived on time, were very professional, and took care with my possessions. Everything was safely delivered to my new apartment, and I couldn't be happier. The guys did a great job. The whole process was seamless. The initial visit, professionally provided written bid, and immediate scheduling of the move was accomplished with ease. Compared to all bidders this was by far my best option. I highly recommend Bekins.

We were recommend Bekins by friends and our realtor as they had a good reputation in the area.
We used them and had, hands down, the worst moving experience of our lives. We planned to use them to move out of our house, then into temporary storage, and then into our new house two months later
On move out day:
The movers arrived an hour late and in a truck that was way too big to navigate the streets of Philadelphia. This is after we had an appraiser come to look at our house and take notes regarding house size, amount of furniture and navigation of streets. The truck was so big
