Very disappointed with our experience with Hannah's company. She came recommended. The lack of professionalism was appalling. They were consistently late (sometimes 90 minutes) and would not call to provide forewarning of tardiness. The lack of apology on several occasions further underscored the lack of professionalism. The cleaning was decent/mediocre. While the team was responsive to our feedback, we felt like we could have done a better job ourselves on some occasions. The professionalism was awful. I know that everyone else has given A to Zen five star-ratings. However, my experience has been much different. My husband and I have used this service for several months and it has been very disappointing. I'm not going to list everything that wasn't up to par, but a few things in particular: they didn't move the shoes in the closet to vacuum, the beside nightstands were not clean and still had something sticky on them, and the rims inside the toilet. bowl are still dirty. I think what bothered me the most is that right after they were here to clean, I came home to scrub and scrape off a sticky

Hannah and her company are spectacular! I had been with a previous cleaning service and was not satisfied. Hannah and her crew came in and cleaned... it was amazing the difference! They paid attention to details and my house looked amazing when they were done! Communication is great too. So glad we switched and started using A to Zen! By the way the price is great too! Give Hannah and her staff a call you won’t regret it!

I love A to Zen! They are prompt, professional, and so nice! They do a fabulous job. Things I never thought could be so clean were sparkling! If I specifically ask about something they go the extra mile to make sure it’s to my satisfaction, which it always is - and then some! During this pandemic they always wear masks and gloves and have offered to wear booties if I want that. Hannah is very responsive to my scheduling requests as well. I absolutely love them!!

A to Zen makes my life so much easier! I am disabled and Hannah and her fine crew make it possible for me to have a clean house. They are always on time, always professional, always cheerful. They are happy to do special requests, which is very important to me. They take great pride in their work and are consistent week to week. Their deep cleaning service is also exceptional. It would be very hard for me to live independently without A to Zen! P.S. They love dogs... And my dogs love them!
