As a small business owner in the Lansing area for over 30 years, Len has extensive knowledge and experience in the cleaning & restoration industry. He has received over 18 IICRC certifications including Senior Carpet Inspector and Master Water Restorer. Wife and co-owner with Len, Dena has years of cleaning and management experience with the family business.
We offer a powerful extraction method that restores pile and brings new life back to carpets. Carpet Cleaning reduces the rate of re-soiling while the life of your carpet is extended because all the abrasive soil is removed. We move most furniture when requested, clean underneath it, and then put it back into place on tabs and blocks.
Natural and synthetic area rugs require regular cleaning to remove embedded and trapped soils. At Len's Cleaning & Restoration, our IICRC Certified Rug Cleaning Technicians are able to identify and perform the proper in-house cleaning method. Special care goes into the process, from pre-inspection to restoration.
Dirty air ducts could be a source of indoor air pollution. In fact, an air duct system is a breeding ground for bacteria, animal dander, mold, and dust mites. These impurities can cause allergic reactions, breathing difficulties, infections, and disease. Dirty clothes dryer vents can be equally harmful.

Sage cleaned our carpets today. Older cream carpet was here when we bought the house. The dogs had a few accidents on it that I couldn’t clean up with a rental cleaner. I was thrilled to come home to brand new looking carpet. No stains, smells fresh, looks like newly laid carpet. I can’t wait to have you back next year.

Mark and Charles were fast and thorough, polite, entertaining and intelligent. This carpet was here when I moved in 7 years ago. The previous owner had a dog and there were several large stains left behind. The carpets looks great and smells better than new. I hate the new smell. I will recommend you to everyone.

Marc and Eric are skilled at what they do and very courteous to their customers. Our very old carpet now looks new! They even had no problem coming back the next morning to fix a spot that wasn’t easily seen during the cleaning. Now that is customer service! I’ll definitely be turning to Len’s for other rooms needing to be cleaned in the future.

We had our air ducts cleaned and sanitized professionally today by Cody and Sage. They did an awesome job and were a pleasure to have in our home. The before and after pictures of our ducts were shocking! We did not know there would be so many cobwebs and dust in them. We highly recommend Len’s! Thank you so much!
