Why didn't you return my calls promptly around the 9th instead of waiting 4 days until bid date to tell me you don't sell the product?
I contacted Acme on Dec 9th and Matt gave me your phone number, I called you and left you a voice e mail, but didn't receive a return call.
I called Matt back on Dec 13th and shared what I needed and which manufacturer had the product. He said he would pass the info on to you.
I waited for your call to verify what I needed quoted, but today, Dec 16th, I get quote for the wrong material and another email saying you don't sell the product.

Horrible... I am a commercial contractor trying to order only 350sf of brick. For some reason the commercial account rep's don't answer their phones or return phone calls. I called the Houston branch on Acorn road 3 weeks ago and tried to order the brick the rep said he would call me back and as of now I am still waiting... I am starting to build several brick buildings in Houston and they will not be receiving my business. Just called Allstate brick inc. I told him what I need and it will be delivered tomorrow. 16 minutes it took to get it ordered.
