I hired BRI recently for extensive mortar joint repair work. They were well organized, responsive and professional. They thoroughly completed the work we needed done. The quality of the work was excellent, and the pricing was very reasonable. This is the second time I've hired them, and I would not hesitate to do so again.

We had a great experience with Brick Restoration! We had some cracks and damage to the exterior brick by previous owners and after we had our sewer lines replaced. We were extremely pleased with the communication, quality of work, and all-around experience--the brick looks brand new! Technicians carefully marked all of the areas of concern and were done within a few hours. We will be reaching out to BRI for our fireplace as soon as we can nail down a design and have already recommended them to our neighbors and friends.

Brick Restoration did a great job repairing the brick wall along my property. It was showing some severe cracks and mortar loss in places, and they came out the day after I called and gave me an estimate. When we scheduled the repair to come a few weeks later, the whole experience was very professional. The showed up on time, finished the work in a half-day, made sure I was satisfied with the result, and they cleaned up the site (my backyard) when done. Highly recommend!!

I took several bids, BRI was seconded lowest. Sales rep , Ryan, showed up n time & was professional in his description of their work. I had a particular situation that required a deadline for completion and Nicole and Sheila , office personnel ,were superb in getting the job done on time. The on-site worker , Oscar, also showed up on time and was excellent in repairing my damaged brick. I’ll use their services again when I have my brick chimney refurbished.

The scheduled work was to power wash and repair brick and mortar and a few cracks on the front of our home. The crew arrived on time, did a good job and left the worksite clean and tidy. It was a very easy to deal with this company as they did what they said they would do. No problems at all.

Update 9/6/20: Ryan has contacted me and sent a crew out to update the work previously done. I have included an updated picture. I am pleased that he called me to make this right. I also appreciate the efforts to improve processes and work with customers when the desired outcome is not initially achieved.

5 stars Very pleased. I had major efflorescence issues caused by years of hard water. I tried everything from CLR to Muratic acid and nothing helped. The crew was great and the entire process from the estimate to the follow up was executed perfectly. Thank you BRI and keep up the good work! Before and After photos below.
