I had them back in 2000. Whenever there’s problem They are late to respond. I let them bill direct to my credit card as I travel quite a bit and can’t spare time to deal with them.
I called to cancel their service last September 2019 because the house was torn down on October for rebuild, they refused to let go. And although I disputed the charges successfully, they are still sending “disputed fees” to my credit card. That’s how they treat long term customers. I wonder why they are still open for business, a business that supposedly give “service”?
