Jason was awesome, he came out to look at our old pool heater unit, gave us an honest answer in regards to the issues it was having. We decided to purchase a new unit because our old one was done for. He came out two days later and put the new unit in very quickly and professionally, cleaned up everything and was extremely polite and professional. A+ work for reasonable pricing. Thanks Jason!

Background - bought my house two years ago. 6 yr old AC unit, started leaking last year and rotted out part of my floor before I noticed, called a different service - not Bates - to service it. Cleaned it out, put on the filter, and it stopped leaking.
