We had Kerkman Construction build our home over 15 years ago. I can't impress enough what a beautiful, quality built home we have. It looks as good today as the day they finished it. We are currently having a 2.5 car garage being built by them 15 years later. The experience has been just as good as we expected it to be. Gary always has great ideas to make your initial concept even better than you imagined. Everything, from materials to the craftsmanship, is top notch. I wish more companies operated with as much honesty, integrity, and laser focused attention to clients' needs as Kerkman Brothers

Ken Kerkman built our house on Powers Lake and has made several renovations since, over the last 28 years we've lived there. We have been so very happy with all of the work that has been done. The quality of the work is excellent and it has always been a pleasure to work with him and his crew. I recommend this company and give them 5 stars!

We had a complete house built by Kerkman Brothers about 12 or 13 years ago. We were so happy with the job that they did. They were very easy to work with in general and if we decided to change something, they were willing to work with it. If they came across something, they were very upfront and honest about it. They would let us know if things wouldn't work the way we wanted it to, but always came up with good alternatives.

They worked with us on every step of our house building and have been happy to do many smaller projects like roofing, garages, and remodel projects! Ken has been unbelievable in helping us find real solutions and retrofits to some of our older home issues including some difficult roofing problems on buildings both commercial and residential that are older than 100 years!

Kerkman Brothers built my home a few years ago and have also done other work for us over the years. Quality of workmanship has always been superior and both Ken and Gary have been great to work with. I have heard horror stories from other friends who have built homes with other companies. I can honestly say that we did not experience one issue in the entire construction process. Communication on the jobsite was also great. I would highly recommend Kerkman Brothers Construction to anyone who is in the market to build or remodel.
