Do yourself a favor and avoid this place at all costs!!we needed 2 windows springs replaced on a modern home in town. It took months for them to come, they ordered the wrong spring and did significant damage to the wall and paint. They have sent out 2 new people who still can't replace this spring. As I type this the spring has not been replaced and we first had the estimate over a year ago ans we have not been reimbursed for the damage.the worst customer experience I have had in 30 years!

Fast service, very reasonable prices, and they offer a military discount, which is so appreciated. Derik helped us and even carried out six huge pieces of glass (tabletops) that we had made. Absolutely will continue doing business with Frontline. The only piece they couldn't replicate was an antique glass panel...but they were upfront about it.

Working with these people was a disappointment. Everything in the show room went well. Knowledgeable sales people. But when it came time for the install, it was an absolute disaster. We had two energy efficient windows installed. On the outside they butchered my redwood siding creating $1350 in damage. On the inside, I could see daylight through the finished trim. That meant they put no insulation around the windows. I had to take all the trim down on the inside, pack it with insulation, and reinstalled all the trim. We wanted to replace 4 windows in white vinyl to match windows previously replaced in our home that were purchased from Frontline Glass. Fred came out to measure windows and we told him we wanted the same Jeldwen windows we previously installed. Instead, he ordered another brand. It took quite some time to schedule measurements, then installation. After the installer started the project and cuts holes in the house, we realized they ordered a different brand of window. It is a Cascade window. The latches are different and the windows are very inferior! 3 of the 4 are defective. One slips

No stars would be more like it! We ordered a piece of glass cut to put in my china cabinet. After a couple of weeks we picked it up and it was cut 2" smaller than needed. Had them cut another one and it was a hair or two too big. Recommended we shave it down with a sander! If we had wanted to do the work ourselves, we would have. Now after spending $$$ for a piece of glass that we can not use, we have to go elsewhere and have another piece made!! I DO NOT recommend this place at all!!!!

If I could do NO stars I would. Last year I needed to replace two dozen small (less than 1' square) plexi panes. They told me they could use scraps and it would be inexpensive. Turns out their prices were more than double what I could have cut to size for me right next door at Rock Hand Hardware. Plus it took almost 3 weeks to get a quote from them and Rock Hand quoted me a price in 2 minutes and had the pieces cut in less than an hour for me.
