Manny the salesperson in the lot was knowledgeable. Not pushy as at most dealerships. Our vehicle was ready as promised with the van being cleaned, Washed, Tires rotated and a front end alignment. I will definitely return to Jacob's Mitsubishi when I need another car. 5 stars to Manny for his exceptional customer service.

Big Al and manager Ray were awesome! The truck I wanted had just sold, but they assured me they would do their best to find another that suited me. Within just a couple of days they found what I was looking for. Great overall experience! From Rolando in the beginning on the phone to Pavel when I actually got there. Pretty late actually. And then Troy in finance was an overall blast to deal with! Other than moving my pieces from the old truck to the new truck I was maybe there for an hour. 10 stars if I could!

Pavel is the man!! Actually, the whole team of people that I worked with a Jacobs Mitsubishi was incredible. They made the process smooth, simple and very affordable. I bought a Mercedes AMG GT, and I couldn’t be happier.
They took care of everything behind the scenes, and whenever they needed any help, they just sent me a text and gather the information they needed to take care of the sales process from start to finish. We went there to buy a used Tesla. I contacted "big Al" this morning to insure the car we discussed was still available. He told me yes. Got there car had been sold, so he lied to me to get me up there. Showed me a black Tesla that had chips all over the hood, did not appear to be an easy fix. He told me it would be fixed after I bought it. I said, no fix it, call me, and if suitable I would buy. No he expected me to buy it and then he would fix it. Not acceptable. We left after we got home I opened my console to find my registration and insurance card gone. I put them in there yesterday

Juan was fantastic and kept in close contact with me throughout negotiations for my trade-in and purchase of a new car. He even came in on his day off to see the transaction through.
