I saw an ad for Nissan Rogue, but it had sold by the time I was able to go test drive it, so Angel had Peter show me around, because they were slammed on Saturdays. I tested a 2013 Dodge Dart, so had no time to research the car. It handled well, had good pick up, very few (if any) blind spots, and was ultra comfortable. Pete & the loan people worked & quickly got financing for me & with all the safety features, my insurance only went up $20.00, and my other car was 20 yrs. old, so that was minimal.

Was not impressed with the service department today. I arrived 15 minutes early for a scheduled oil change (because I'm considerate of people's time) and it ended up taking an hour and 15 minutes (while keeping my 10mo happy). After a half hour went by (when I was told my vehicle would be finished) I was told they didn't have the oil filter and it had just arrived. Why didn't they make sure or order it when I scheduled a couple days ago? Now I'll be late for the other appointments I had scheduled today. Oh and I mentioned the wait to an employee just to be ignored. Also, not a single person greeted

I purchased a car back on march 17th. the staff at the 52 road sales location were honest and helpful. all knowledgeable ,friendly and helpful.
my problem was with their campany office after 6 weeks i am still waiting for a title so i my get perminate tags
this is totally unacceptible way to do business whoever is in charge of their office needs to make some changes

Fantastic experience with Jim Hays. The prices and cost were all disclosed up front and on the phone per my request, unlike the last 3 big label dealers I worked with, the price I got on the phone was the same as when I got there (and the exact same as out the door). The dealer fee is reasonable as opposed to the 'big name dealer" fees, making their reasonable prices that much more attractive. No fake "big pressure" tactics here either. Johnny Bowers is an awesome guy he made buying a car for our 16 year old daughter a very easy and less nerve racking experience than we ever could imagine. We did not know what to expect but had looked elsewhere and had nothing but hassles and hiccups.. The sales guy Angel was awesome. He didn’t pressure me into buying the truck. I was able to drive 3 trucks and make a discussion on what I liked.

The worst place to ever buy a car. told me the car i bought was perfectly fine. 6 days into having the car, both rear tires popped on me out of nowhere (they were excessively worn), a month into having the car the engine needs to be fixed. Oh and also, both front and rear brakes were at 25% when buying this car. Meanwhile, they told me it was good to go. Staff is rude and super unhelpful, and they are a bunch of crooks who want to take your money. NEVER BUY A VEHICLE HERE. SO UNTRUSTWORTHY. ITS NOT WORTH IT!!! They're a bit of a mess. We called and arranged to come test drive a vehicle. Drove 1.5 hours, go there and the car was missing. Someone had taken it to the other lot. Car eventually came back and we pointed out two concerns 1) dry-rotted tires, 2) convertible top leak. They apologized and said neither of those should have made it past their inspection department. They promised to provide an update on them being addressed so we could return and buy the car. Received an update on Monday that they would when the vehicle was finished with those fixes on Thursday. The rest of the story... I contacted them several times regarding the issue with the parts to fix my car and they were upfront on the problem with finding them. My fault. I gave up. I didn't go back to them as I was suppose to but ended up trading the car for a 2017 Jeep Renegade. Don't regret my decision. The gentleman at the Jeep dealer asked were I bought the car and stated the Golden Oldies has a great reputation and I agree. Thanks for your efforts to fix the car I bought from you.
