Ray and apprentice Cam were a pleasure to work with! They were able to service our main drain replacement very soon after making the initial call, something we were especially grateful for considering we weren't able to use water in our house. The guys had to snake the drain for a while to get things cleared, and informed us that we could be in for worse-case scenario of a complete dig and pipe- replacement. It turned out that we didn't have to go that route, and knowing that they didn't try to upsell anything with the project just sealed the deal, and left me no choice but to leave this review

They were able to send someone out within a few days, which was over a week sooner than anyone else in the area. The technician was on time, courteous, professional and respected my property. He had my AC fixed within an hour and a half of arriving, and the price was 1/3 less than I expected. He also explained the service, the function of the component he replaced and answered all of my questions. I recommend!

MY HVAC system stopped working after last week’s power outage. Twin City Plumbing and Heating returned my call first thing Tuesday morning and came out that afternoon. Jon and Cam were very polite and professional and quickly diagnosed the issue. They were able to locate the part needed and I was up and running again. I appreciate the service I received and recommend them highly. Thank you again.

My wife and I are extremely happy that we contacted Twin City P&H to handle the plumbing for our bathroom remodel. Jonathan worked with us to come up with an implementation plan and quickly provided a very fair quote for the work. Jonathan's team delivered on time and I honestly can't say enough about the quality of their work. The used drop cloths to cover finished floors and cleaned up as they went. The entire team was extremely professional and it's obvious that they take pride in their work.

These guys where great. I wish I could give them 6 stars I have a 104 year old house and for some reason about 15 feet of it was made of wood. So of course they had to remake the vent in metal It turned out to be a little harder to do than expected but it was done in 1 day and was really happy with the price wich didn't go up even though it was a harder job than thought. These guys no there stuff and are really fair on there price

I have interacted with multiple plumbing providers. Not just owning my rental property but as a store manger of a large home improvement retailer. Twin city is upfront, professional, timely, and on the ball. They are empathetic and understanding but clear in what the best direction to go is. They are amazing and I HIGHLY recommend them and will use them for all my needs going forward!!!!

I was very impressed with Twin City Plumbing! The owner came to my house and gave me an estimate. 1 week later the workers showed up as scheduled. The workers were very professional and respectful of all my property in my basement and around anywhere near where they had to work. They did some extra work to help accommodate the job, and didn't charge extra which was greatly appreciated! I will use them again for any other plumbing job, and I would recommend them to friends and family!
