Scott and his team are terrific to work with! They saved us a lot of money, and also saved a large tree we didn’t want to cut down. We had sewer back ups after the old clay pipes that our sewer system connects to cracked and filled with tree roots. Instead of having to dig up the entire street and cut down the tree, New England Pipe Restoration managed to snake their way through twisty old pipes and form new pipes using the process they specialize in. It was far more cost and time efficient, and less disruptive by a good extent that the alternative way to replace the pipes. I should also say

Our local Rooter Man recommended New England Pipe and Restoration to fix our main drain pipe. We have an old 1919 house with very aging pipes. Roots had invaded the main drain, splitting the pipe open underground and causing periodic backups into the house. We had had estimates to fix the pipe which involved removing the big tree in front of the house, tearing up the sidewalk and lawn in front of the house, and laying down new pipe. No one ever said there was an alternative way to fix the pipe, including the City Engineer. The estimates ran about $15,000-18,000, would have required several days

We had an excellent experience with New England Pipe Restoration! When we recently moved into our home, we were told to camera the iron pipe in our basement. We discovered that a tree in our front yard had infiltrated the 1949 era system and a blockage had formed at the end near the city sewer. We were very concerned that the repairs would be substantial and involve digging up the yard and a retaining wall. Thankfully, we were referred to NEPR which uses a high tech trenchless lining system at a fraction of the cost of traditional methods.

It is truly rare to find a company with an owner that is so honest. I had an issue with a main pipe and was told by someone that it needed to be dug out and fixed for an unbelievable amount of money. I called Scott and after reviewing the video for the issue with the pipe he believed that it could be lined rather than dug out and replaced. He gave me a price and a date to do the work. I agreed and not only did he show up on time, he completed the work within 4 hours and billed me for less than he had told me it was going to be. His explanation was that he thought it was going to be more work than

NE Pipe installed a liner in the collapsing clay drain pipe going from our house to the city main. This avoided digging up the front lawn, sidewalk and street.
