This is a 5 Star company. We called them at 8:00 a.m. today with a serious septic leak problem and not only did they send someone immediately but the owner came out himself and took care of us. These guys were great, from the estimator, office ladies and especially the install crew. On time and worked smart and hard. They were attuned to the fact that they were on someone elses property and cleaned up after themselves. You could tell the crew was well experienced installing a complete new septic system. Too bad you can't rate with ZERO stars. Service and maintenance contract paid for 20 years since I knew NOTHING about a septic system. Began calling attention to effluence spots in the yard 5 years after installation only to be told this was perfectly normal by their technicians (it isn't). I was under the impression that they were the experts (they're not) and should've been alerting me to wet spots with required solutions. Their position now is that drain field has failed due to projected 20 year life span-it was failing 15 years ago but the technicians had no idea-my first

We have a very tricky entrance to our pasture that requires several 10 point turns. Codey took on the challenge with a smile on his face. He even had to run back and dump what he already had in order to make it work. When I thanked him he replied, “I like a good challenge.”

If they say your filter needs to be replaced please shop around. It may just need to be cleaned. The bid for a replacement was $1,550 from SSI. A second company came and cleaned my filter for less than $100 and said it likely has 5-10 years of life left. When I questioned SSI their response was it’s company policy to replace a dirty filter since they usually break them trying to get them out. Which means they are not qualified to work on that system. Please shop around.

Wonderful and easy experience. Needed tank pumped, got an appointment within 2 days of call. Guy who came out was very friendly and explained everything to me. Was charged more than quoted price because of 2nd tank needing pumped, but the quote was very close and reasonable. The up charge was explained to me. Very very happy with service and will be using them again.

Purchased new aerator from Septic Tank and it was delivered at my front door in Hideawy, Texas three days later. Unfortunately about a month later I had a problem with my unit. I called Septic Tank, told them my problem and they sent me a new replacement. Again the replacement unit was delivered to my front door three days. I expected them to require me to return the defective unit before they sent a replacement. This is the type company that I like to do business with. I will recommend them to others.
