I have been receiving service from Channel Choice for almost 2 years now for my cable and internet. My account manager Dawn has been with me from the start and I couldn't be more happy with the service she has provided me. Not only does she work with finding me the best deal for both services, she works with me immediately when I have a problem. Dawn is the only account manager I will speak and deal with, as the same with channel choice. Thank you so much for the awesome service Dawn! Do your research. The companies business policies tells you a lot about them. I recently was taking delivery of an RV in the late afternoon. My wife and I wanted to take a quick weekend trip the next morning to get used to it. I purchased a Wineguard Dish system but forgot I might need a receiver. I tried Amazon but could not get it before the trip so I called Dish for an authorized retailer and they gave me Channel Choice. I called and sure enough they had one in stock. It was $200. This is double the price from Dish and hundreds of other retailers. I paid $79 for the same model at Sam's

I contacted Keith and discussed switching form Direct TV to Dish, Channel Choice handles both. We discussed the significant differences and I wound up moving to Dish and saving almost $100/month.
Keith was very patient and answered all my questions and concerns.
Once I made my decision, he scheduled my installation within a couple of days and had me up and running.
He was able to get a couple of fees waived and demonstrated in his office how to use the features and functions of the system and the remote.

Just want to say that Keith Newbil at Dish tv was so awesome to work with that I've just recently signed up for another 2yrs of service.

We wanted to change internet providers. We are new to Arizona and went with Cox because they were the largest provider. Prices were high and speeds were slow. Their people were nice but speed and reliability are the ultimate goal. Keith gave me realistic options. There was no pressure! He made special arrangements to have my internet installed to work around my schedule. He followed up with me to see if I was satisfied. Overall a great experience. Thanks Keith and crew!

If you need repair for a satellite reception in your RV, this is definitely NOT the company to call. I called them because my DirecTV Winegard Travler antenna was having trouble finding and locking on to a signal. I was told they could come out to my location but they have a two hour minimum charge for mobile service. The serviceman basically just checked that the coax connections were tight and said that was not the problem. While he was there, I called Winegard and told them the situation. They informed me I needed a new arm and reflector, which I ordered. The serviceman was only at my place

Jonas and Channel Choice have been one of the shining stars if not the only one in our entire 17 year relationship with Dish Network programming....excellent customer service...cant say enough about that....extremely prompt in answering queries and getting questions answered even if DISH themselves do not have the correct solution. I believe that we have had one of the most complicated residential accounts that Dish has had and Jonas and his team were able to serve and install our hoppers perfectly. Sure there were multiple issues....but he and his team resolved them one by one with great detail

We currently have Dish Pay As You Go programming. We just traded in our motorhome for a 5th wheel. The Dish receiver worked perfect in the motorhome but didn't work in the 5th wheel.
We decided to call Channel Choice out if Chandler and they arranged for a technician to come out the following day.
Ian arrived promptly on time, called me ahead of time to let me know exactly when he would arrive and he went right to work. He was very polite and knowledgeable about the job. My husband and I were very pleased with his service.
