My company manages self storage facilities in Tucson and throughout Arizona and have had some very positive experiences with Protech Security Systems. I had a great experience with Todd. He came to get our suite's old security system upgraded and off the ground. He was punctual, and very helpful in explaining the various system functions and programming. When the work was complete, he didn't leave any dust behind either. I had a security system installed that I can monitor remotely from my phone just like I saw on TV. I knew Protech had been around for a long time so my confidence level was high going in. The service was on time, fast and I paid less than I thought I was going to have to pay. In fact, I wanted a bell and whistle feature but the installer pointed me to a less expensive alternative that did the same thing, so I saved money there too.
