I bought my car through text with Tyler and he made the car buying experience almost too easy! He was very knowledgeable and easy going. He was available whenever I texted him and even called me a couple of times and he was professional and did not make me feel pressured in anyway. Since I did everything online, Tyler and Brandon already had everything ready for me and when I waited longer than expected, they apologized a lot even though I wasn't upset about it because the car got there sooner than expected so I was happy regardless. They weren't pushy or rude. I would definitely purchase another

One of the best dealerships I have ever worked with, I was an out of state customer and everything was handled smoothly and quickly over phone and emails. They do not push you to buy something gimmicky and are very quick in responding.
I had an issue that came up after picking up my car and they agreed to take care of it immediately.

5 stars in not enough! Carlos Perez is amazing. Everyone is extremely welcoming and not pushy at all. The car shopping experience is made so easy at Classic Mazda. Best part of the experience is that it was always about me and my needs and not about selling me something I don’t want. They absolutely listen.
Just bought the carbon edition 2022 Mazda3 Hatchback with premium features and love this car. It’s the perfect compact luxury/sporty car. The time to buy a car was surprisingly very quick and was extremely convenient. I would highly recommend Mazda Classic to anyone looking for a new car

They offer a service that they can't provide. When I leased my car I was told that for service and oil changes a loaner car would be available if I needed it. I can't take time off from work to just sit and wait, so I always request the loaner. I've had to change the appointment 5 times, my car is 1K over the limit and still no oil change, and their response is to just keep changing the appointment to a later date. Don't promise a service that you won't be able to provide.

Purchased new Mazda6 at Classic Mazda and it was a very good experience, although any negotiating is pretty much out the window at this point. So, you just hope to be treated in a way that they don't take advantage of you. We had looked at other Mazda and Honda dealerships around Orlando. During this tough market for a Buyer, I felt we were treated fairly and the costs were transparent. No hidden add-ons or increased usual costs, which was great. And no "market adjustment" like I've seen at Kia, Hyundai and others. They actually offer to add the $3-4,000 of add-ons that

Just traded in my car for a new CX-5 and the entire sales experience was AMAZING! This is NOT a commission-based dealership, which means no pushiness or hidden/sketchy fees. All kudos goes to Carlos Perez - he was wonderful to work with, always available to answer questions, never pressured me to make a decision, and was super friendly & communicative. Carlos worked with me to reserve my car before it got to the dealership and always kept me updated of the status so I was never in the dark. I could've tried to get it sooner elsewhere, but the customer experience was too good to go anywhere else

My sister bought her car from here and so did my boyfriend! The service and ambiance here is very good! You feel well taken care of and it's just overall a very nice place. The service department is phenomenal as well and we frequently get our oil changed here.

I really enjoyed coming here to purchase my SUV and for car maintenance. The sales guy was not pushy at all, but he would keep in touch with me every day or so asking if I had found my dream car yet. He got the price down a lot for me, which really helped sway my decision. I'm happy with my car and I am always happy with my car services whenever I come in for an oil change/tire rotation.

Service addition: 9/20 Get the road hazard package!! A little over a month later and I got a nail in my tire. Karen in service is sweet as pie. It was quick and I was in and out.
Alex and Taylor in sales and were amazing and made leasing a vehicle very smooth especially for a customer as picky as me. Mom was shopping for her 1st new car and I wanted her to give a CX-5 a try (I'm a big Mazda fan) before trading her Jetta for a Tiguan. She had scheduled an appointment to drive a blue CX-5 Touring with a sunroof at another Orlando dealer. I live near Vero, she lives in Sebring so I knew I would be making an entire day of it to pick her up and take her shopping, no Mazda store near mom.

I bought my car here, and keep coming back 7 years later for general service. Today, I had my rear brakes changed cause I knew it was time/ having some metal screeches going on, and they sent me (per request) an actual video, comparing my current brake pads to what the new pad was supposed to look like. It was really cool and great customer service! Way to go guys!

Great buying experience. Came only to test drive and fell in love with the CX-30. Frank was a pleasure to work with and was not pushy since Classic/Holler does not strive off commissions. They were able to get me a great deal on my lease trade-in and the offer was too good to pass up. Huma was very informative when it came to the finance portion and got me hooked up with a credit union with a low-interest rate. If you are in the market for a new car and have all the bells and whistles, I recommend stopping by and speaking with anyone here.

First interaction was after I bought a used Mazda from an outside party, I brought it in for inspection. It passed with flying colors according to them. I go to use the windshield wipers on my drive home and they don't spray any water. Figured it was a fuse, but thought it odd that a service center can do a thorough inspection of a vehicle and not even check to see if the wiper fluid ejects from the dispensers. Maybe it was just overlooked, but somewhat of a red flag. People make mistakes so I'm not going to judge yet.

I came across this dealership looking for a new car, this was my first time purchasing completely on my own and I was extremely nervous because of my experiences at previous dealerships and pushy salespeople. Strangest and most unwelcoming dealership we have ever had the displeasure of visiting. My wife and I, retired Navy veteran, had a free morning to preview the mid-sized SUV's. We stopped at Subaru, Hyundai, Kia and Classic Mazada after breakfast at a favorite restaurant. We walked in and two mean were seated at a central desk while a third was even closer. Spotting the larger SUV we walked over to take a look. Nobody came, nobody greeted us, nobody acknowledged our presence. Bought a us2016 Mazda from here on April 10, 2020. We live in North Carolina . Today is June 3 and the dealership has failed to file our paperwork with the DMV. I have a car sitting in my driveway, I cannot drive because they will not f/u promptly and sent the correct paperwork to the NC DMV.

We have called/texted multiple times and the dealership says the paperwork was/is lost due to COVID 19? They charge for doing this and have not followed up. It should not take 2 months to get your tag/DMV paperwork sent.
They should fix this immediately and give us our money back for the fee they charge

Leased my first Mazda SUV from this dealership and also have it serviced here. I didn't think anything could beat Toyota service, and Mazda is much better, not as crowded, has a nice sitting area with free snacks, a great coffee maker and bottled water. They are quick friendly and don't try to over charge.

As far as the buying/leasing process I really felt comfortable. Jakob was my salesperson and very kind. Toyota blew it from being too aggressive. And I was a huge Toyota fan. Not anymore.

I can only rate the service department. I feel the service men are pushy, trying to get me to pay for services I don't need, I don't feel valued as a customer, I don't feel comfortable, the building is older, and their bathrooms are mediocre. I travel an hour further to a different Mazda dealership because of 3 "fair at best" experiences here.

A copy of my email to the general manager that has still not been responded to, a week later...

I wanted to contact you to let you know of the experience I have had with your dealership. I came in on July 7th to test drive a particular CX-5. I really liked the car and Brian went out of his way to make sure I was comfortable with the interior color, since it was very light and there were grease marks ALL OVER the leather on the driver door. He had the detailing guys show me how they clean it. Came right off. That's where the good customer service ended.

Just out of the blue, from reading a CNET article, I had an epiphany: my next car will be a Mazda; maybe a 6, but more likely a 3 (An SUV is not for me). After all, my little Infiniti is 16 years young, even if it's still south of 90K, and it's time to update, based on all the new safety features and gadgets, to which we've been exposed when we're traveling and renting.

Bought a 2016 Mazda Miata. GREAT CAR! Super great customer service. My order was not easy as I was buying one for a family member. They were patient and walked us through all the steps. I had a bad experience with Hodges Mazda and this was a complete 180 as far as selection, customer service, integrity, etc.

My sales rep was Chito. We texted, called, and more. Even spoke when he was getting groceries. Thank you Chito and Classic Mazda.
