We enjoy working with, helping, and servicing each and every one. Our onsite decorator or experienced sales staff can guide and help you choose the right flooring for every room in your home or work space.
Hallmark Floor Company opened our flagship store in Ridgewood, NJ in March of 1979. Although we have moved back to Wyckoff- our showroom is still the Flooring and Carpet store that has the most complete and up to date selection of Wood Floors, Carpets, Area Rugs, Stair Runners, Custom vinyl flooring, Laminate floors, Cork floors, and Bamboo floors in the area-just to mention a few of our products.
I have been using Hallmark for over 3 years now and can't praise them enough! Ed has been on top of all of my commercial and residential needs. He has gone out of his way to keep me as a repeat customer not only with their great pricing but the exceptional service! Keep up the great work Hallmark! We are extremely pleased with Hallmark Floors. After purchasing a new home in Wyckoff, they sanded and refinished the hardwood floors throughout, and then helped us decide on a runner for the stairwell. Ed and Katie have been a pleasure to work with, the pricing is fair, and I couldn’t be happier to support a local family business. Would definitely recommend Hallmark Floor Company!

I've used a few other flooring companies in Bergen county over the years, but I really wished I discovered Hallmark years ago. Having had a variety of mediocre or sometime bad experiences with their competition, I was pleasantly surprised by the entire transaction! Their prices were competitive with what you'd get at a big home center, their sales staff and showroom were fantastic, and the installation crew was very nice and accommodating and did a perfect job! I won't use any other flooring company going forward - they will always get my business.

I contacted Hallmark about replacing the carpet in my finished basement. They worked with my timeline and budget. The salesperson pulled great samples based on my wants and needs. She was very knowledgeable not only about their products but also design trends. The appointment for measuring was quick and easy. The install team was efficient and did great clean up. I'm so happy with the transformation, the look and feel is fantastic!

Would never use this company again. They did carpet installation and some wood floor refinishing. Although the pricing was good, the communication during installation was not fantastic. In addition, the installer left the front door open twice after he was finished for the day. Later when we called because the 'stain-proof' carpeting had stains we could not get a call back about getting it cleaned. No explanation, no call back, no return emails....nothing. With all of the flooring companies around, FIND ANOTHER ONE! Do not use these guys! The other reviews have similar feedback about

As a new homeowner I had a lot of questions and not much of an idea of where to start. Katie was super helpful and patient and talked me through the options until I was decided on new carpet for our finished basement. The install went as scheduled and I'm very happy with the new look. When I'm ready to tackle the wood floors upstairs, Hallmark will be my first call!

When I met with John he seemed very nice and knowledgeable and I thought, "Ok I finally found someone I think I will be happy with"; well think again. I scheduled an appt at 4pm on December 11th, at 3:55pm he calls to tell me that he cannot make it and that he is sending his uncle. Ok, things come up I get it so I let it go; the uncle came, took measurements, and said that he would give John the info and get back to us. A week goes by and nothing, I call before Christmas and was told he was not there and he would call me back; another week goes by and still nothing; in the mean time

If I could have rated them with zero stars I would have! The worst job I've ever seen - my floors look terrible & were left incomplete. There are gaps between the wood slats running from one end of the room to the other. There are gaps from one room to the next where there should be a saddle. They used drywall screws and glue to try to secure a makeshift saddle where my sliding glass doors are. The worker left his dip in a coffee cup in my house, which was disgusting. Aside from the terrible craftsmanship, the workers were rude, the salesman, Dan, unresponsive and the owner finally willing
