Tim and Nick are awesome!!!! They came out to our house on New Years Eve (sorry about that guys) but they weren’t even phased! They found the clog within minutes of being here, handled it promptly and professionally and we couldn’t be happier!!!! Thanks guys! Highly highly highly recommend them! 10 stars!

I was in touch with 5 companies to fix a short in my water heater. Some didn't return calls or wanted to schedule me a couple months out or sent people who couldn't do the job or wanted to replace vast swaths of wiring unnecessarily for $1100 without even fixing the problem with the water heater. On the fourth day without hot water, I called Mayes and Son and they came out the same day. The guy was a miracle worker and fixed the problem. They charged me only a modest fee for labor. Highly recommended

We have water & sewer line insurance through Dominion. When we called Dominion because our sewer line was broken, they sent out these guys. They came out and did an assessment, then a week later a crew was out repairing the line which was broken in the middle of the street.
I'm really picky about repair work done to my house, and usually do all the work myself. If I did, I couldn't have done a better job than this crew. Extremely polite, didn't mind me occasionally looking in the hole to see how things were going. And I really enjoyed the "hair bands from the 80's" music they were playing. :)

Both men were excellent representatives of their company. They arrived on time, worked diligently the entire time and completely cleaned up after they were done. In addition, they were pleasant and professional. I have not had such a positive customer in a long time. I would recommend this company to anyone.

I was referred to Mayes and sons through the insurance program I have on sewer lines. The crew that did the sewer line repair was great and went above for the job. They found & repaired an additional storm pipe that was crushed. Would definitely recommend them.
