I called around looking for a repair quote. Road Runner's quote was the lowest and they are close to our house. Max came to evaluate the door and told us that we need to replace the rollers and also he will have to trim the top of the door a little bit so that the rollers will fit. He will look and find the right rollers for our door and let us know.
