Showed up right on time wearing a mask. Good communication. Must have had the glass in stock, because he came out the same day and installed a large picture window in under an hour, for a reasonable price. I highly recommend for one residential window; a lot of places will not do that work.

We needed repair of our sliding glass patio door and we called him on a Friday and he said he could come by Monday but to call to determine exact time on Monday. He told me to have cash to pay him so we would be ready. He had a mask on and came around on the outside to the back of our house. He determined we needed new rollers and went out to buy them. Unfortunately, our local hardware store was closed and he had to go to another city to buy it. Over an hour later, he came back with the part and repaired it quickly. He forgot to align the lock but husband took off the door and aligned it. Works

A rock accidentally hit my sliding glass door, and the outside pane was completely shattered. After making a few calls, I talked to Mike and he came out that same afternoon to take measurements. The new glass door was installed before the estimated date, and Mike did it for a very fair price. Excellent service and communication!

I contacted B&T for a bedroom glass replacement, i texted them all the info they requested. They told me the date and time they're available to come take measurements, i gave them my address, and never heard back from them to this day. Nothing at all. Just horrible customer service. There are much better glass contractors out there than B&T.

Update: Mike came out today and delivered the glass replacement. He also cut a broken table top that I had to use for a shelf. Very pleasant man.

Sadly, my experience does not match the majority here. I reached out to Mike for a desk table top replacement. I've been corresponding through text for over two weeks and still have not received the glass. Very disappointing to keep hearing the glass has arrived but no information on how to pick up, how to pay upon receipt, or the like. If I don't receive today, I will order elsewhere.
