I spoke to the proprietor 2 days ago about an electrical job at my residence which he was a recommendation. Our conversation went well enough that there was agreement for him to come take a look and provide with a cost, etc. I even sent pictures to provide him with the job entailed. He texted me back, asked a few more questions, and responded that he could send his foreman the following day. The foreman called around 7:45am saying he be here in a little while, he's just "picking" up the parts which raised my curiosity, but I figured I would ask him when he got here. 2 hrs later, the foreman finally
