I am an investor that lives out of state. We purchased a home in Hawaii Kai earlier in the year with plans to vacation during the summer while house is being remodeled and sell at the end of the year.
The plan so far has been executed perfectly thanks to the Tal Builders team and more specifically Yoni has been an amazing help.
Supplies and crews are not easy to come by in Hawaii, especially during a pandemic. Yoni was able to cut through the BS getting the job done in a timely manner.
I do these projects all over the country and I wish I had a Yoni in each state.

I have always wanted a nice area in the back yard to just kick back, barbeque and cool off when the heat of the day gets overwhelming. I requested several quotes from different contractors, but from the first visit, Viktor verbalized his vision and it was exactly what I wanted. I didn't know what I wanted I just kept saying deck. Meaning those slabs of wood look. He knew exactly what I was thinking. No, I didn't need railings. No, we need to keep it simple. Can you keep it within my budget? After getting bids from 3 contractors we chose TAL. They provided a complete proposal, met with us several times for measurements, scope of work, discussion and choice of materials. The job was a 1200 square foot deck, surrounding our house on two sides about 3-4 feet off the ground with one set of stairs. Having been in place for over 40 years, in a very wet environment, it was an almost complete redo and included moving water and electric lines. Access to the deck was from behind the house which made it difficult to stage and access materials. The job was done beautifully and on time, being home

My husband and I were very pleased with the work done on our house by Tal Builders. We had our lanai repaired, gutter fixed and house painted. We were pleased with all of the work done by the friendly and efficient workers. Any unexpected problem that arose was quickly taken care of.
We have no complaints since all of our requests were quickly addressed and dealt with. It has been our good fortune that we learned about Tal Builders.

Tal is very conscientious and takes the time to understand a project. Before he jumps in the deep end, he has studied the deep end. This is not always the case with other builders unfortunately.
I worked with Tal on a few of my designs and he always impressed me with his earnestness and effort to do the job correctly and well.

Shai has always been responsive and his prices are reasonable. When he says he is going to show up, he and his crew do so. I had some remodeling work done on my condo, mostly finish work and they did a great job. The helpful advice and ideas really improved the outcome.
