Ching Construction is a Hawaii owned and operated, certified 8(a) general contracting company. The company was founded in 1991. Our company has completed a wide variety projects which include tenant improvements, hotel renovations, historical renovations, commercial, medical and resort remodeling and new construction of low and mid-rise buildings, light industrial facilities, and custom residences.
We also have experience working within the government sector. This capability can be evidenced by the successful completion of projects for the State of Hawaii Harbors Division, Department of Accounting and General Services and the US Army Public Works Department. We hired Ching Construction to vault our ceilings in our home that we were remodeling. It involves a lot of large specialized beams and pretty complicated due to the old home. They gave a formal estimate, answered my questions and said they would start at 7 and go till 330 and be a Monday-Friday job. I was impressed and hoped it was legit. They stayed true to their word and worked hard each day completing the job on time. Keaka and his team were great and dealt with all my questions throughout the job and worked around our family living in the home while the construction was going on. I would highly
