Our owners Albert and Josie are ecstatic about joining the SERVPRO Family; after spending 22 years in the Mortgage Banking Industry they have been welcomed to the great brand of SERVPRO. While they are new to the Damage Restoration Business, their team brings with them over 15 years of Restoration experience, giving peace of mind to their number one priority- their customers!

They did a great job, especially considering the demand for their services caused by the large number of homes that needed help at the same time. I especially appreciate the responsiveness of Clifton Board, Albert Sifuentes, and Martha. They were also very cordial.

This group was excellent to work with. After reading plenty of negative reviews, I was very skeptical of utilizing Servpro. The initial discussions I presented them with my concerns and issues. They were very understanding and under the agreement that nothing would begin or move forward until my insurance approved. Servpro understood and even recommended a 3-way call with insurance. During the mitigation process my insurance sent out a second adjuster. It took the insurance 2 months from completion date to approve Servpro's billing. Servpro never once complained or raised the concern of rushing

After dealing with hurricane laura devastation. I am pleased I called servpro for my water damage and mold remediation. Albert was very friendly. professional, and informative. He went through the whole process with me as this was my first time dealing with storm damage to my home. Our law offices experienced a water leak. SERVPRO repair truck and 3 polite and well dressed technicians arrived within an hour. After 3 days, the job was finished. Because of the exemplary service we received a few years ago, ServPro was our first choice for carpet cleaning following a renovation. Albert provided excellent customer service in scheduling to meet our immediate needs. Servpro was great! The entire staff was incredibly friendly and professional. They were thorough and knowledgeable about our water damage and got the job done quickly. We got a couple of quotes and ended up paying a little more but they were well worth the money because they came every day to check the equipment and the progress and found more water damage than the other company. I would absolutely recommend them.
