Could not have been a worse experience! installed a pool fence which failed inspection because of an improperly installed latch, then refused to come out and address it. through all of that i had to endure a litany of self-serving, defensive commentary about how long Brian McKie has been doing this - blah blah blah...
fixed it myself - passed inspection!
