The MOST unprofessional company I have ever dealt with. The technician looked high and the "manager" for this operation was VERY rude and hung up on me twice. This place is a scam. I wish I could give them NO STARS! I had explained to them that I was locked out of my home and car with an infant child in the sun and asked to speak to the owner because he had helped before, however the lady that kept picking up on the morning of the 15th of Aug 2017 did not care was rude. Said he would be in between 8-9? Did not know what that meant was it pm or am - kept stating that she did not like to repeat herself. I wanted to find a local locksmith because my daughter lost her car keys. I found this business but they don't seem to be local at all, seems to be a call center when you call in and they are not very friendly nor do they give you any time to ask questions. Got an estimate of $124.99 and really needed this service so I scheduled the job, I asked how soon they would be out and she said she would dispatch someone right out.
