Hiram Lock & Key and Stephen's Locksmith Service are owned and operated by myself, Stephen Hartdegen. I have been in the service business for better than 30 years. Early on, I worked in and managed retail auto parts stores where I learned the importance of customer satisfaction. Directly previous to becoming a Locksmith, I worked in the computer industry as a computer consultant.

Great service and owner was really pleasant to deal with. Locked both sets of my wife's keys in her van (at home) and Stephen was out the next day and got it unlocked pretty quickly. Will use him again whenever I need locksmith services.

I was a bit desperate on a recent Monday morning because I had become locked out of the baby's room over the weekend and could absolutely not get the door open without major damage. Luckily the baby was not in the room at the time! The locksmith who had installed the present locks on all the doors was out of the country and could not return due to Covid 19 restrictions. Stephen at Hiram Lock & Key was at my house within 2 hours and was able to break into the room with no damage. I then had him change all the locks in my house with top of the line quality locks He did an amazing job

Stephen Hartdegen, came to our rescue in a big way!!! What could make moving day more stressful than losing ALL the keys you have to your new house?!!! Stephen was amazing, said he'd be to us in the hour, he was there in less than 30minutes! Stephen suggested rekeying all the doors, 8 exterior total!!! & even installed the electronic key lock we had purchased for us to install at a later date to keep us from having to always have a key ‍. My parents are thrilled with the professionalism & only having one key for all the doors! Thank you Stephen!!!!
