Called for firewood on Wed afternoon and Thursday morning at 830am it was delivered.
After talking and walking my backyard with the owner about cleaning up and cutting down some trees, they will return this afternoon to get it done. All on the same day, if that isn't getting it done I don't know what is.
Decent/fair pricing, professional easy to speak too and responsiveness are all great qualities that I very much appreciate.
Bob was great. Awesome family owned company and will definitely used them again if needed and referred them to friends and family.

Would probably give 0 stars if that was an option. Whoever was driving this truck near 84/Carmel exit in NY around 11:30 on Jun 12 felt like it was OK to just waltz into traffic as they took a left, cutting off us in the straight lane and another truck working their way up hill in the other lane. Pro tip: there are also lights called "blinkers" built into the sides of modern vehicles that let other drivers know where you're intending to go so they can all plan accordingly and work together. There's a lever on the steering column that operates those. Also, when the name of your business is plastered

They arrived without notice. Were very rude. Took down a tree with large pieces of wood falling all over neighbors yards . Yelled at neighbors who were out on the alley telling them get the hell out of here. Left the job with wood and debris everywhere. Did not clean up their mess left it till the day. Do yourself a favor and when looking for a good tree service keep scrolling past this place. They are rude disrespectful and do lousy work. I would never recommend this place to even pull weeds
