I had a good experience using them. They replaced some locks and keyed them to the same key, replaced a door closer on my building entrance door and repaired the very old intercom, upgraded some of the faulty parts. Overall Im very pleased, I would definitely recommend this company.

So I recently made a bonehead move and I locked myself out of my apartment when heading down to grab a delivery from the front. Called my building manager and got no answer so I said screw it, I'm not gonna wait around. Called Maxx and spoke to Alex, who was very polite. He told me he could get to my place in 10-15 minutes and he sure did. He had me in my unit in 5 minutes. It cost me $150, but the situation was remedied so fast I couldn't even be mad.
