A CNLP is a Certified Nursery Landscape Professional. This is an ongoing educational program that is aimed at increasing and upgrading professional landscaping skills. It is administered by the New York State Nursery/Landscape Association, and applicants must demonstrate their current professional experience and pass a tough written exam in order to earn this distinction.

One of the best experiences I've ever had with a landscaping company. If you are looking for great quality and a professional experience then I would highly recommend hiring Tripi's Landscaping to do the work. They have done an incredible job around my house and a few other houses on our street. Their attention to detail is what puts them above and beyond everyone else in Buffalo. They also give you an opportunity to visualize your custom landscaping project using design software so you can see what the finished project will look like around a fire pit or pool. Called Tripi based on a recommendation: Phil came to look at my patio in the Spring and said he’d be able to have a crew come out for some maintenance, and to call back in the Fall to set up an appointment. I called at the end of September and he decided to come back out and take another look - he then decided that he couldn’t take on the job!!! I would have looked for another landscaper all summer. Now I’m left with no one to help me and it will be winter soon. He should have just told me that from the start.

I continue to hire Tripi Landscaping for my spring cleanup and I'm always happy with how quickly they get to my job and how clean my gardens look. I added a mid-summer visit last year and again this year to edge and trim all my shrubs. I don't think there's a better business to work with and their prices are very fair. I have direct contact with Josh and we talk through everything from edging, mulch color and replacement plantings. I enjoy working with Tripi and would highly recommend Tripi to anyone looking for someone that cares about the work they perform and also takes care of your property

Critical: Professionalism, Punctuality
Can no longer do business with Tripi’s Landscaping! Hired them to do a two-part job and the second phase was “forgotten”. The person I spoke with was apologetic but at the end of the day, that doesn’t make the time less wasted. Would look elsewhere for any landscaping needs! Incredibly upset with the lack of professionalism.

Reached out for an estimate in April, got one- returned signature of estimate- was told numerous times they “were coming out next week” and I haven’t had any work done yet. We’re now almost in July now with no landscapers in sight. I get these times are busy, but at least give me a reasonable time frame here that’s reassuring. At this point I’m thinking of reaching out to others.

I reached out to Tripi For an estimate on a pretty simple job in our backyard. they came out to do an estimate pretty quickly but it then took eight days to get an estimate. They sent an email without the estimate attached and I responded within the same day asking for the estimate to be attached to the email. that still has not happened. it has been 22 days since they came out with no response with an estimate. If you’re looking for timeliness, responsiveness and great customer service I would recommend looking elsewhere.

We had a retaining wall replaced and added patio space to our front yard. I could not be more happy with the result. Everyone on the job was extremely professional and the best contractors I have ever used. We will be using Tripi's Landscaping for future needs and recommending them to all of our friends and people who pass by while we enjoy our great new outside space.
