Golden Eagle Roofing Company was incorporated in the state of Texas in 1994. We have been licensed, insured, and a member of the Better Business Bureau for 20 years with an A+ rating. Chuck and Kirsten Johnson are the co-owners of the company. They are a husband and wife team. Chuck has over 30 years of construction experience and is a third generation contractor.
We have vast experience in residential and commercial re-roofing, repairs, and new construction. We review your ventilation and energy needs and recommend the best products on the market to help reduce your energy costs. We repair and install gutter systems utilizing 5" and 6" seamless guttering in many choices of colors.
Golden Eagle Roofing specializes in working with you and your insurance company to ensure that you receive a fair, accurate assessment. Typically, you will receive approximately 50% of your claim money within 10-15 days after the insurance adjuster has visited your home. However, during the storm season, many insurance carriers issue checks on the spot.

I have had Golden Eagle replace my roof in Wylie three times. TWICE IN ONE YEAR. Everytime was due to storm damage, and everytime they took care of everything for me. They inspected my entire property and even showed me pictures of the damages. Then they explained to me why the insurance company would pay for me to get a new roof as well as everything else that was damaged. I thought that was going above and beyond what any other roofing contractor had done for me in the past until meeting Golden Eagle. They helped me file my claim all 3 times and then meet my adjuster for me so I didn't have to

We have use Golden Eagle three separate times in the past year. There sales representative Luke explained everything very clearly and help handle the paperwork needed for the Insurance company. When we had any questions, they gladly answered it with no hesitation and in a matter that was understandable.
The workers were very professionally and helped with any extra items which needed fixed, once all repairs were completed they had a walk through with us to insure all work was completed and up to our standard.

It took almost a year to finish the works with so many calls and messages. Michael is the representative. This company is very unorganized. They don't keep track on anything. You (customer) have to check if they did the work or not since they always answer that they finished the works and they want money now. If you don't point it out what is not finished, they will never do it. You will get many calls and messages saying "Give me checks !". Is it enough information ?

We had a contract. They came did the roof. Did not finish the rest on the contract. They took 15 screams to repair from the hail , never returned them. Supposed to paint and never did. Then did not the pay the supplier for the shingles and I had to pay the supplier. Total lies from the beginning . Skylight leaks. And no one responds when I call. Honestly and integrity is a total lie. Do not use them

It's quite unfortunate to have had a contract with Golden Eagle Roofing. (Michael his rep) They kept postponing date of install until summer came and I had to postpone myself. After a second try on them coming to perform agreed work, and although we had a signed contract, they increased the bid from 1,250 to 3,100. how unprofessional. I had to decline.
