Carl showed up on time and was a pleasure to talk to. After spending money and time with another inspector that did not return the inspection report in for 4 days and the clock was ticking for close of escrow. Carl with Mountain View Termite showed up didn't charge for the rein-spection. Carl found the exact same findings and charged a fraction of the cost and finished all repairs within 2 days. He and his crew left after cleaning up with a handshake and a thank you. Great company and great customer service. I would highly recommend this termite inspection company to anyone.

I am currently refinancing my house. The VA requires a termite inspection prior to. I called and was able to get a quick appointment. We used them during our home sale on the recommendation of others. Carl and his son scheduled our appointment quickly. When they arrived they immediately got down to business. They were casual about our dog being in the yard. These guys were fast and pleasant to deal with. They clearly know their business. I wouldnt hesitate to recommend them to others.

I called after hours and still got a call back. I explained my situation which was given full attention. This company gladly talked with me about my problem and was willing to come out the next day to inspect it. I got lucky called them on yelp. I cannot express my gratitude for talking with such kind people who genuinely wanted to assist me with me problem. If you need someone, I recommend them. They will listen to you and provide the best possible solution, not one which cuts corners and doesn't resolve the problem.
