Carlos Lopez has spammed my email repeatedly every other day, after a quote was made 10 days prior. I find an email every 48 hours to be excessive spamming, to the point of being ridiculous in addition to texts and phone calls. So I put in writing on the 16th for the frequency of their nagging contact to be monthly, that I planned to use them, but was handling my claim myself and until it was settled with the insurance company, there was nothing more to do but wait until the check arrives. I followed up that same day with a phone call to Steve explaining I had a funeral with a close family member

Steve the sales guy was so polite and knowledgeable. Tonka the foreman was very professional and good at detail.
Shane the project manager was very sincere and checked everything to make sure everything was up to their standards. I was very happy with the quality and expertise given to my roof. I highly reccomend my neighbors and friends to consider Direct metal roofing when you need a new roof. It looks so unique and different. I'm so proud of it. I will never have to put a new roof on again. I love my roof!

Can't get a straight answer from anyone about when the roof will be scheduled to be put on or what time my materials are suppose to arrive. The girl in the office said they would drop them in my driveway. Salesman was great, but overall customer service sucks. Once you sign a contract you can't get anyone to give you any information. The installers damaged my cousins fascia and had to get another company to come to fix it. If you haven't signed a contract yet, don't do it.

Would definitely recommend this company! We had a great experience with everyone. They were all professional. Everyone was hard working and did a great job with installation and cleaning up everyday. It was done in a timely matter and worked through rain most days.. My 3 girls loved seeing the women up there working with the men. The communication was great with everything from Steve with sales up to Shane the project manager. If I didn't know what was happening, I was able to call the office and the ladies had an answer for me. We love the new metal roof. Thank you!

Excellent experience from the salesman Adam to owners Carlos. The support staff in the office Jessica and Amy also terrific.
And the roofing crew led by Brice got the job done in record time. This was a shingle roof not a metal roof. Doesn’t matter to them, they do it all. Highly recommend this small business located in Cocoa.
Also I had several bids and these guys matched a lower bid to earn my business.

I would definitely recommend Direct Metal Roofing. From first contact through completion of the new roof installation, they were professional, friendly, and punctual. I was impressed with the crew members working on the project as well. They even worked on rainy days and they communicated progress as well as any delays (and the reason behind them). I am so pleased with Direct Metal Roofing for the installation of my new roof. Everyone is so professional from the estimate, material acquisition and installation crews. I was kept in the the loop on all phases of the project. This has been one of the most painless efforts to upgrade my home ever. I have not reservations about sending anyone to them for a new roof. I give them a 110%. They installation crews were so expert and they cleaned up all the old material and left my home looking great.
