I am so grateful for Hometown Appliance Repair. They give promt, kind and friendly service. I needed to get my washing machine fixed and I called the office on a Wednesday and the next morning Steve was there. He worked in a timely and professional manner. He was also helpful and knowledgeable about any related questions I had with my appliances. The office staff are outstanding. Hometown Appliance Repair is the best service company I’ve come across in years! Washer quit draining properly yesterday and I called and spoke with Donna. She is friendly, knowledgeable and professional. Set me up with an appointment window of 8-10 am today. Repairman, Jorge, arrived promptly at 9, diagnosed the problem and had it fixed by 10! Very reasonable prices as well. Very satisfied customer!

It's rare these days to find a company that is both knowledgeable and courteous! Hometown Appliance diagnosis the problem and fixes your appliance fast. I have had them fix my dryer, my in-law's washer, and my uncle's washer. Everytime you understand what was wrong, what was done, and it stays fixed. Highly recommended!
