A complete nightmare. They put the wrong size door on my house. Water came in my garage which cost me lots of money , the door did not work because it was the wrong size . They didn’t want to fix it because I was in Atlanta they are in Monroe. They came out I Had to pay them to come out because it was after a year although I had been calling all year and they never fix the door but by now the warranty was over and I had to pay for them to take off pieces of the door to put on pieces so that the door Could run properly. The garage door did not pass home inspection and my house did not sell which

Great experience from beginning to end. Received a quote on the first visit. The workman came when promised and completed the install of a new door and opener without issue. He was polite, knowledgeable and made sure I understood everything I needed to know about the use of the system before he left. I highly recommend this vendor.

If you are looking for someone that you will regret to have to call back when things go wrong then this I your guy.
Always used them (had a good experience) with minor repairs, but when it was time to replace our wood door things went south. Purchased a top of the line door. After 2 days it jumped the track, busted the glass and bent a rail. I was told that it had to be because I left something under the door. I have teenagers, so I thought it might be possible even though the opener had safety features to keep that should keep that from happening.
Took a couple of days to get it it repaired

My garage door would not open. My neighbor had used American Garage Door and highly recommended them. I called and their response was quick, they got my door working same day AND my door control inside my garage was literally hanging off the wall and Mr. Hicks noticed and was nice enough to fix it for me!!! Great service! Thank you!
