Go see Mrs. Jennifer McDaniel! She was so pleasant to work with, wasn't pushy like a lot of sales people. Was helpful and got me a great deal on my trade-in. In the end I left with the frontier pro-4x I was wanting with a backseat full of extras!

I came in for oil change and mentioned squealing brakes. Oil change completed and I was advised front brakes needed work. I informed rep that I recently had new brakes or pads purchased, installed by Nissan. A second check indicated there was a mistake and brakes were, after all, fine. Was then told squealing ‘probably’ meant nothing because brakes were good.

We visited the dealership with a specific car in mind. Quentin, the representative greeted us and they didn’t have what we wanted so we left. The next day we returned to get an trade in value on our truck. While waiting Quentin explained several options to us regarding our finances that we ere unaware of. During the visit the back offices was busy trying to find our exact vehicle. And they did!!! I dropped off my Nissan because the front end was shaking very badly while driving and the check engine light was on. When I got my car back, five days later, the check engine light was not on but the car still shakes very badly when driving. Your mechanic there says ‘it drives as it should’ which is not true. I have taken the Nissan to a better mechanic so it can actually be fixed.

This is a response to what could have been done better to earn 5 star rating. The vehicle purchased was advertised for $21,000 however sold to me for $25,550 just so that the finance company could make money off the sale. Something that I missed before signing the contract which is my fault however still very deceptive.

I had a great experience there. Great is an UNDERSTATEMENT!!!!!! These people are great. This was my time ever going to a franchise dealership to buy a car that was being financed. They worked with me and was very patient with me. MICK became my brother yesterday and helped me so much. i really do appreciate him so much I don't know what I would have done without him. The customer service at this dealership is awful…… I went there because my rear view mirror had fell down, they said 360 dollars to scrap the adhesive off and replace the adhesive. The Advisor was rude , she ask me why didn’t I get the Auto Part store to put it back up, because I said the adhesive was only 6 dollars. I WILL NEVER go there again. I drove to Duluth Ga , to get my car Service. I live in Conley Ga. Customer Service is Straight Ridiculous at this Dealership
