I bought a new F-150XLT and it was a great experience! The salesman, Keith Messer, was very knowledgeable and helpful and made the process much easier. Joel, the sales manager, and the rest of the team were all very professional and helpful! It was probably the easiest car buying experience I've ever had!

Stood and waited and waited for two people who worked there to even acknowledge me. Finally someone walked out, walked right t by me without saying anything. I kept standing there. The guy that walked right by me said Sir, has anyone waited on you. I said no. He apologized for walking right by me.

So very slow. I had to bring my car in for service and left it for over a week. It still wasn't fixed when I returned to pick it up and I had to wait an additional two hours to get it. If all this weren't bad enough the price was over $100.00 than was anticipated. As a result I would not recommend bringing your car here for service.
