Our Sales Associate Roger Coleman went above and beyond when working with us through the entire car buying process. They close at 8:00pm, but Roger and the finance department representative stayed til 10:00pm as we completed all the required paperwork.

Took car to be serviced. Kept car for 3 days. Told service what all was wrong with vehicle. and 3 days later vehicle still not fixed only to tell me the same thing I told them what was wrong with vehicle. Was told they could not figure out what was wrong with vehicle ended up paying for 3 days rental and vehicle still not fixed very very unhappy customer never will go back

Yesterday Sept 30th. my 2011 F350 was experiencing a temp gauge issue. Being 700 miles from either home or Detroit I called Allan Vigil Ford. I spoke to a series of very cordial and professional people. The Service Lane Manager Holly Buchanan was very instrumental in putting me right in line for a diagnostic evaluation. It was a non stocking part. They worked with their Parts Mgr to make this experience as good as it could be. This morning at 801am its getting the attention to get me back on the road ASAP.

Great for routine maintenance, but don't even try getting service for problems. I've taken my car for regular oil changes & it's been OK, fast work & nice waiting area too. However, I've tried to get my car serviced for problems three times and have always been told they're too busy with their fleet service and couldn't look at my car unless I left it for days. The last time I tried they told me that if I left the car they could look at it the following week. Note, they weren't saying I should bring it the following week, but that I could leave it

Allen Vigil ford has the worst customer service possible. I went there to get a diagnosis and after 3 days they are unable or unwilling to get a diagnosis. I had to constantly call the service advisor for follow up and she was the least bit emphatic or would give me a timeline to get my vehicle diagnosed. I ended up having to take it to another dealership. Worst customer service experience ever. Do not take your car to Allan Vigil Ford

My Ford Mustang had a recall on their airbag. My sensor light came on which reminded me to take it in for the recall work. Was called Wednesday to let me know the car was done. Arrived Thursday, Mike the SA said that the recall isn't why the sensor light is on and they would have to do a diagnostic test to find out why the light was on... so nobody thought to look at this while you had my car?? Mike's response was that he just read the notes- my response was then " How did you know my car was ready if you didn't read the paperwork?" Needless to say I now have to pay someone

My Ford vehicle had a recall on door locks malfunctioning. I took my car in for warranty transmission would in April 2018. They allegedly also took care of the warranty work on the locks...although I was not aware of that.
Fast forward a bit over the year to October 2019, not only is the transmission slipping again, but another door had to be taped shut because the locks failed.
My service advisor (SP) was great...and told me the shop was "caught up" and should have my car done in no time. This was on a Wednesday.
We are now approaching 2 weeks and I have NOT received any update from

Had my Ford Expediton towed to Allen Vigil Ford. Told them my Engine was blown. Ask for an estimate to replace or rebuild. took 2 days to get an estimate. I purchased a new vehicle instead. when I had the tow company go get my vehichle, they called and said Ford would not release, they were told I owed them a $135.00 diagnostic fee.
All I asked for was an estimate. What a bunch of crooks!!!!!
Had to pay the fee for them to release my car to the tow company.

I am going to take legal action against Allan Vigil Ford. Purchased a 2018 used vehicle from this dealership and I was promised for some things to be fixed if I agree to purchase the vehicle. This was also stated in our contract signed by myself and the dealership. They tried to "update" it behind my back until I went in and showed the original contract. I would give 0 stars if I could. The managers act like they don't know what's going on once I bring it up but when I show the signed document they say they will " help me". This was a very expensive truck too.

Went in for a routine oil change today (01/25/19) and figured it would be the same amount I paid last time, around $35.00. Boy was I WRONG! At check time at the cashier's desk, I was told the price was $53.68. I said WHAT? Are you sure that's the correct price? I was told yes and that the prices had gone up in September of last year.
Well that was enough for me. Today will be the last time I ever get an oil change from Alan Vigil Ford. What a rip off. You can get this same oil change at independent oil change places for around $30.00 - 35.00.

Passing through with our f350 and travel trailer when low power and check engine light came on. Scott, the service advisor made sure we knew that they were taking care of is as we were traveling. We arrived at 7 and we were gone by 930. Bill was less than $100 as the jiffy lube guy in Smyrna bogied up the fuel filter gasket. Efficient and friendly. Thank you.

I scheduled an appointment online on their website, only to have the service advisor tell me that "for future references call us when you want to schedule a service"...... I scheduled an appointment for service and had my confirmation #, for whatever reason it didn't show up in their system. He called someone in the service department and they told him I'd have to drop it off and leave it....

I used to have some respect for Mr Vigil, not anymore. They lied to me from the minute I walked in the door. There is a sign that says we will give you "fair market value" for your car. They will not!!! They will quote you the "auction" price which is thousands of dollars less. I can't believe people are falling for this.

I have to update my review!! I went in to get my first oil changed on my 2018 Mustang. I also wanted a tire rotation and they said I had a nail in my tire but it would be plugged under warranty. I figured it was all fixed and my air pressures were all normal. Now two or so weeks have went by and I noticed that the same tire was 6 pounds below the other tires. I took my car to a tire shop because I figured the plug was leaking. Once they look my tire off the rim, they showed me that my tire was never plugged and the nail was still in it.
