My scheduled pick up appointment was on 9/29/21 between 8am - 10am, they did not show up until 6:15pm. No courtesy call or any compensation towards the bill after showing up 8+ hours late. The men came unprepared with no tools, I ended up borrowing the tools that they needed from my neighbor. Then, the truck already had someone else's furniture in it, so all of my furniture did not fit. 😡 They had to load 3 of my TVs in the back of my vehicle. We finally get to my new home, and the driver got stuck in my ditch and ruined my driveway. One of the movers also busted the bass drum of my drum set

I used this service to pickup, store, and later deliver my great-grandmother's piano I inherited when I moved to a town an hour away. Punctuality has been a major issue both with pickup and delivery.
For delivery, I was scheduled a time between 3-5pm. I knew from the pickup time that I needed to call to check on my window. I was told of a slight delay because of weather which I understand completely. However, pickup time was also delayed by a few hours because of another issue. I called several times for both pickup and delivery to be told that the office needed to call the drivers to check on

I bought a giant sleeper sofa online and the people who delivered it would only put it inside the door. The Northshore Moving Company movers kicked butt. It took them about 5 minutes, took the door off the room and got that behemoth up a 2 turn staircase to our guest/sitting room. They were nice and professional. I would whole heartedly recommend this company.

Highly recommend Northshore. I needed a quick turnaround for a move to Massachusetts and Adam was super responsive and helpful. They were able to store my son's furniture for a few days and then drove through a major snowstorm to deliver to him. Very professional and friendly and reasonably priced. I am extremely grateful and would most definitely recommend them.
