First time we tried to use the A/C for the year, no luck. Mike showed up the next morning, several small issues contributing to the problem - a trip for parts and it was fixed a couple of hours later.
8 or 9 year old large A/C unit, we didn't expect anything major, just mostly labor & time I am sure.
People seem to fret about this price or that price - if you are swapping out your HVAC system I am sure it makes sense to get a few quotes. If you have a break/fix problem, are you really going to pay 3 different people for a second & third opinion on a couple of hundred dollar

We found Thermo Pro Inc. through Yelp and we are so glad we did as we had them move and replace our air conditioner. For 20+ years our AC was located in the back yard and we could not enjoy sitting outside when that "thing" went on, it was so LOUD! Mike came out and he gave us an estimate to move it to the side yard and the new AC unit he assured us would be quiet. He came the next day and installed the new unit and when he tested it we could not believe how quiet it is. We are very happy with the speedy and efficient service he provided.

We're incredibly happy with our new heating unit from Mike! He was super friendly and professional, very quick on responding to our texts, and was excellent about letting us know the process of what he was doing. He even asked if it was okay if he could use noisy machines, because he knew we were working from home and didn't want to disturb us or frighten our small dog. Would highly recommend him!

Mike arrived on time and wore a mask. He listened to my explanation of the heater's issues and discovered the problem quickly. He replaced the part the same visit and thoroughly explained the issue. Michael Latora of Thermal Pro Inc. did an excellent job replacing our air conditioning unit. Within a day, he had set up the new unit, replaced a bad circuit breaker, started sealing our vents to improve air flow efficiency, and installed a new thermostat. He then made sure he was present when the air flow test was done. Overall, very happy with his professionalism, knowledge, and responsiveness to our situation.

I cannot say enough good things about Thermo Pro! Our AC went out at about 4 PM on a Sunday. I got Thermo Pro's number from a friend who had highly recommended them and called them around 4:30 on Sunday. I did not expect to talk to anyone until Monday but Mike called me back immediately and offered to come out same day. I was astonished and very pleased that he had even offered to come over to take a look so late on a Sunday but told him it would be fine if he came over the next day. I requested that he give me a call before coming over because I have a dog that gets riled up and Mike did

My husband and I can’t say enough positive things about Mike and Thermo Pro. We recently moved into an older house in Granite Bay which needed ducting TLC and a conversion to a dual zone system. We got quotes from several HVAC companies before choosing to hire Mike. You won’t find a nicer, more knowledgeable, or more thorough guy. Great communication. Fair price. He spent several days on our project, and while he was at the house he was very thoughtful with our two small children, taking care to be quiet during their nap times, which really meant a lot. I've used Thermo Pro Inc. for my rental properties as well as my residence, and my mother has also used Thermo Pro Inc. for her home. Every time I contact Mike, he responds quickly and is able to schedule me within a few days. On one occasion, he was able to fit me in on the same day! He takes his time to listen to my concerns and thoroughly diagnose the issue. Our AC went out when it was 100+ degrees. I was frantically calling around to find someone who could come repair it on a Saturday because we have small children, but most places were closed until Monday. Thermo Pro was highly recommended by someone on our local community Facebook page and I understand why. Mike was booked up the following week and hadn't planned to work the weekend, but was kind enough to squeeze us in. He arrived less than 2 hours after I called. Mike was absolutely phenomenal! We called in with a broken AC system at 6PM on a Sunday evening and he showed up on that same Sunday night to repair our system! Not only that, he also cleaned our unit for us. He was extremely professional, knowledgeable, friendly, courteous, and honest. I still can't believe he actually showed up to help us on a Sunday night. He really saved us from the scorching 106-degree weather! I can't thank you enough, Mike!

My commercial AC unit had a problem. Mike was able to get me scheduled in quickly. He came and diagnosed the problem and got it repaired all in the same visit. Mike came out today to take a look at our 30 year old 5 ton AC unit which was blowing like crazy but not cooling at all. From start to finish he was responsive, professional, knowledgeable, thorough and courteous.
In a matter of minutes he was able to diagnose the problem and bid the job. He completed the required repair within the hour and I was so pleased I asked him if he could take a look at a vent that had poor air flow. He suited up, went under the house, took pictures of the problem and performed the repairs the same day.

I rarely write reviews but I was so happy with the service that it was a must. After reaching out to 5 A/C & Heat specialists, Mike was the only one to call me personally and arrive within the hour. He was so attentive and professional, explaining exactly what he was doing and showing us what required replacing. Even though we called him to fix the heater, he made sure to check that the A/C and vents were all functioning properly. What a great find - Mike and Thermo Pro. Requested a quote through yelp and he returned my request in minutes. He was super helpful in assisting me self-serve and doing what he could to help, even if that meant just pointing me in the right direction to get the part I needed. Turns out I needed his help after all to install a new fan wheel, given my schedule. He even came out after hours to make sure my family wasn't without heat any longer than they needed to be.
