He responded to my house within an hour and fully checked and serviced my heating unit.
He could have easily padded his estimate by replacing components that were showing wear but he did not. He only advised me of the condition of the parts that would eventually require service. I would recommend EPIC AIR to others. I called EPIC AIR this morning and they were able to answer my question about my AC and furnace.
The owner is very down to earth and very knowledgeable. I would recommend him to anyone. Here at EPIC AIR, our number one concern is your concerns. Let's face it...good and honest contractors are hard to find. From roofing to heating & air, everyone wants to sell you a brand new set up. The contractors who are true pros of their trade seem few and far between these days. I read the Yelp reviews for multiple companies, and decided to hire Dave with Epic Air. The comments about him described exactly the type of person I was looking for. And Dave did not disappoint!
Our hvac unit leaked water all over our flooring, and went into the carpet of the adjacent bedroom. Needless to say, we needed help quick! We called Dave at around 8pm

My AC unit suddenly stopped working, After running for a few min it would trip the breaker. I called another company first that came out and told me my condenser was out, it wan't repairable and I would need to buy a new one. They would send someone the next day to tell me how much for the new unit. I decided to get another opinion, and decided to call Dave from Epic Air on the advice of some neighbors. He came out within a couple of hours of me calling and figured out there was a loose wire at the breaker. No new unit necessary. He literally saved me thousands of dollars and I will call him

Great service. We had a long time issue with our AC not draining correctly. I've had several technicians try to diagnose it without success. Dave literally poked his head into the attic and spotted the problem. I waited for some heat to make sure the problem was corrected. Finally after 7 years the equipment works flawlessly.

Dave was great. I ran into him in Lowes as I was looking at the Wifi thermostats and he just stopped and helped with recommendations on ease of use and install. I then needed help with install so I called him up and he fit me in quickly and had me up and running in no time. Highly recommended and I'll be using him again for future needs.

Dave Beasley was actually recommend to us by another AC repairman as someone who could fix our system and at a reasonable price. I priced against a couple other larger HVAC repair systems and found Epic Air's quote to be the most fair given that the weekend is going to be 100 degrees (other companies wanted to charge emergency trip fee or have me wait a week). He was able to fit me in same day without a rush fee and brought all items needed to repair on the initial appointment. Dave is very knowledgeable and took time to explain to me what he would do to repair. He also guaranteed his work
