We found we had water in the ceiling of our basement, called Done Right and they were out within an hour. Jon worked quickly to find the problem coming from our kitchen and set things up to begin removing water. Jon and crew spent the next four days working on our house also, they took care of everything and were here to meet with insurance adjuster and construction company. I can’t say enough about this company! If anyone has a problem that needs a restoration company look no further than Done Right!

We had a frozen pipe burst and soak our finished basement. Jon and his team showed up ready to work; they moved all our belongings quickly into an area not impacted. Then set up all kinds of fans and dehumidifiers to get things dried. Jon knew where to find water and damage that we didn't think was there. I'm super grateful for that as I am now confident I won't be dealing with mold in the future. He was extremely responsive, emailing or calling us back. Jon at Done Right helped us clean out water in our home from a drain backup. He was very knowledgeable and took care of us! They took all the pictures and documentation needed and sent it directly to insurance so we didn't have to be in the middle. Done Right was great to work with- very patient and understanding while we dealt delays from the insurance claim, and also flexible with our schedule. Done Right was recommended to us by our plumbing company (who had come to unplug our main drain and alleviate the sewage back up in our basement). The plumbing company actually scheduled them to come and help us. Although Done Right was handling multiple emergencies throughout the Twin Cities at the time, they were very responsive and once they arrived, they immediately cleaned and sanitized the main mess and left an amazing number of huge drying fans that began to work on the remaining humidity of our totally flooded basement area. I came home to a burst pipe in our basement in the evening. I called Jon expecting next day service but he was over within the hour and immediately got to work mitigating the damage. He was extremely friendly and very knowledgeable explaining step by step what needed to be done to extract water, prevent mold, and kill any mold/residue. I’m not sure where I would be without the help of Done Right Restoration! They came right away to fix the issues I had when the seal on my upstairs toilet leaked. The tile was so old all the water went under the tile & I didn’t realize it had leaked until water started dripping from the ceiling in the downstairs bathroom! The Done Right team worked so quickly & they even took the wet walls, ceiling, floors & insulation with them! They are very quick & very thorough! Jon and his team were at my house on a Friday night within an hour of calling. John and Aldo came very soon after we called to handle our basement water issue. They quickly assessed the situation, then got to work removing the carpet, drywall, and other areas impacted by the water. They set up fans to dry the area and John explained timing, next steps, and what to expect & answered our questions fully. After they removed the fans, we had an unexpected concern and John immediately came over to make things right. We truly appreciate the fast, high quality work that was done and the friendly, personable way they did it.
