These guys are great. They completely replaced all of the pool equipment - pumps, heater, controllers, etc. They completed the work on time, on budget and I absolutely love being able to turn on my hot tub from my cell phone. They also care for my pool with once a week visits - cleaning and handling the chemical balances. I absolutely would recommend them!

From the time I contacted Pool Care Arizona, via phone, it only took a couple of days for them to survey my pool and equipment. For lack of a better term, they were truly passionate about pools! Quite quickly, they made a diagnosis of what appeared to be wrong with our system. We were given multiple manners of fixing these issue at various price points.

I purchased a home 6/2019 which had a pool serviced by these people. Per the guy on the phone the sellers of my home cut corners, added ton of stabilizer, etc. to get the pool ready for the owner to sell. Problem is that the seller didn't disclose this and I am trying to get this company prepare a statement saying what they did to get the pool ready. The only thing I received was receipts for some chemicals and maintenance but fail to show anything else that was done mentioned over the phone. I do not understand why companies like this protect dishonest previous customers but clamming

We hired Pool Care Arizona to get two pools into shape and for routine weekly maintenance. We had terrible luck with pool companies in the past; our large pool at our main home had turned green and our in-ground spa at our rental home was in pretty bad shape. Pool Care AZ showed up when they said they would and got both pools up and running at a reasonable cost! They've also consistently shown up every week on their normal schedule, actually spend time cleaning the pool, and have been very communicative when there are any issues with the pools. Pool Care Arizona is my go-to pool care service. I had a busted backwash valve system. Jacob and his team replaced it for $125 less than a valley competitor and drove to my address to look at the pool the same day I inquired about service. As a new pool owner I'm learning about pool operations and needed help with one of the filters near the motor. Jacob walked me through it over the phone past business hours. Great service!

Outstanding customer service! Needed someone to look at sand filter and 40 min later he showed up for estimate and instead of trying to upsell me he was honest fixed my vacuum and got me rolling again. He even Donated a couple parts... I'm now signing up for weekly service at my request not his. Would HIGHLY recommend this company.

JVM Pool care really looked out for me and my situation. I wasn't able to start my pool heater over the winter and called to ask for help to set it up, they ended up finding a rat in the system and took it out for me. Without their help I wouldn't know how else to get it out.
